Installing on fresh Debian 10 (64 Bit) VM fails

Hello everyone,

I was trying to setup a new installation of HelpDesk Plus, but the Installers stop with following code:

Problem in Initializing Postgres !!.. Kindly check logs...

PRESS <ENTER> TO ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING (OK):

So my question, where are the logs and what could be the issue?
