Importing IT assets (printers)
(I am using ServiceDesk Plus Enterprise build 7005)
I am attempting to import a list of printers from a CSV file that I have generated from the output of our existing Helpdesk system. However, I am getting no joy!
I have tried saving the CSV in Excel, Notepad and Wordpad but each and every time I try to do an import from the assets screen I get the message:
"Please recheck. Only CSV format is allowed"
Has anyone else seen this issue or does anyone have any suggestions as to how to resolve it?
