All instructions indicate that to install the add-on for IBM Websphere MQ, we have to download the support pack MS0B from  http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24000668. However, this link is no longer working, and the support pack does not seem to be available on the IBM website. What is the workaround for this?
