I found Problem when I upgrade from 11900 to 12800 about Admin not sync with manage server

I found problem between admin server and manage server

Admin Server not sync with manager server and I found insertbulkqueries.sh a lot of process

It's Clear when I restart Application manager

How to fix and Improve Response time in sync or any help us

Note: version 11900 not found this problem but I and my team already update all server to version 12800
