html e-mail actions

html e-mail actions

hi, i'm a user of Applications Manager and i've always had difficulty getting the email actions to send properly formatted html. i always get the raw html in my emails.

And after updating the email action and going back in i always see the encoded text. No matter what, plain txt, html or both.

my outlook does allow receipt of html email. is the smtp server cleansing the message or something?

can someone please help
