How to monitor other computers iisserver/mssql whichis in the same network?

When I'm trying to add monitor using new monitor with ipaddress or host name its throwing error says
"Service is not Running.
Root Cause:
Service port 80 not accessible from ETI-7 "

Please provide me the detrailed steps needs to be follow for just monitor iis server in other system or server..

steps required and prerequisites if any...
