Trying to figure out how to jump from my softphone to creation of a new ticket. I would like to use the callerid from softphone to select the correct requester on the request?

I can see that a new request is called with the following uri, https://xxxx/WorkOrder.do?woMode=newWO&reqTemplate=13201 , but how do I select the user in this?
