Home View group monitor status not updating

So it appears as though whenever a monitor instead of a monitor group goes down or its health changes, the status of the entire group still shows "green or good" in the home view.

Why is this happening? I need to be able to glance at the status without having to look at the number of errors to determine the health of my equipment.
