Help with a report/alert

We have a situation where certain users are logging onto workstations that we would prefer they didn't

the business do not want to stop the action but would like it monitored

So I am trying to create an alert that says if these user accounts logon to these workstations send an alert

no matter how I have tried I cannot get the reult I am looking for

can anyone provide any guidelines ?
