Full load Java
Hi everybody,
We use the ServiceDesk Plus 6006 and since the last day servicedesk start very slow and do not fetch emails. The java runtime enviroment use 97% of CPU
and up to 330000 K RAM. We use a virtual Machine with 2,4 Ghz and 1024 Ram.
What can we do to use ServiceDesk normaly again?
