FTP non functions

I installed a last release  6010

I Try to connect for import a file from FTP
Remote HostName/IP
User Name
Password
Protocol
Port

But After Insert User Name and Password

The program Return
Failed due to either wrong username and password
(or) the server may be down!

I sure that the user name and pwd are correct.
