Dear support:
When I click on the button of click here to get cpu,memory,disk
utilization details,then fill in the info the website needed.I connect
my server by ssh.But there is a error message of "Authentication
failed.Kindly verify the username and pass provided.check whether the
passwordauthentication is set as yes in /etc/ssh/sshd_config file.kindly
set it as yes and restart the ssh daemon" after that.

I have no problem when I connect linux in that way,but not freebsd.In freebsd,the only differences from linux are ,I enter a common user name
and its password(not root).and then I keep the prompt sign as $(but I change that to # in linux connection).

I'm quite sure that there is no problem with ssh configuration settings
or anything else.

Any ideas? Thank you for that.
