Improve Custom Module!

Custom Module is very good idea, but its incomplete and please add these options to Custom Module:
  1.  Form and Filed Rules
  2. Additional filed management (Now, I created a filed and I cannot delete it!)
  3. Set permission technicians to access Custom Module on Roles
  4. Import Data with Excel
  5. Create Custome View filter.
  6. Print Preview
  7. Set Color Rows
  8. Copy records.
  9. Kanban view OR Thumbnail view
