Filter by "Now" compared to date/time in custom field?
We have added a custom date/time field that we called "Next Contact". Technicians set this manually when agreeing with user on a contact date/time.
When we create a custom view of our requests, we would like to be able to filter out the requests that have a date/time that occurs later than "now".
Available options only allow for choosing specific date, we want to choose "less or equal" to "now":
Can you implement this feature, or tell us if it is possible to accomplish already in another way?
