File attachments problem

Hi,

I have a problem with some tickets that have files attached. When I click to open the attachment I get a "The File was not found!" error. Also when opening the ticket I cant see any requester conversations for that particular ticket. No even the one generated by the system.
I am using SDP 6012 on a MSSQL databese.
