Execute a program

Hi There

I am completely new to this so bare with me! :)

I have Opmanager installed on a xp machine. When I try and setup a alarm prfile to execute a program it doesnt seem to run. below is the input. im sure something is wrong and its user error.

Command Name :C:\notepad.bat
