Hi, 

We are going to look at using ESM for HR, IT, Facilities etc. How would we be able to create a 'global request' that each instance receives a copy of? For instance a new starter template, leaver template? HR, Facilities and IT need to receive these requests so how would one request template be fed into all instances in ESM?
