Please help

 

I've been using netflow for some time now, only to realise that I had installed it on a small partition of my harddrive. I uninstalled it and now am trying to install on the larger partition. It installed well but at the end gives this error " Error while installing Netflow service." When I go to services, this is what I get " <Failed to read Description. Error Code 2> and the service is not running.

 

I had earlier on faced problems uninstalling the application and had to use the cleanup tool but was unable to delete the manageengine folder which said it is open somewhere
