We sent in the request and got an email back containing a link to the renewal form "  https://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/free-it-help-desk-software.html#getfree " but when we fill in the required information, we just get this error: "Error Occurred, please contact application owner"

Does anybody have a fix for this?
