Error adding licenses

Currently I'm evaluating your fine product but I stumbled upon an error. I wanted to ad licenses for a software asset and get the msg:
Failure: exception while adding licenses for the software.
Please report the problem to the system administrator, with the error code -
1128495556343
Am I doing something wrong, or is this a known "feature" ?
