Error 2 action for Application manager

Can you help me?
I config 2 action for critical.
Alarm: --> Execute Program Action. Test OK.
Hoang Thanh Duy : --> E-mail Action. Test OK.
(
other: 1 action for warming, 1 action for clear.)
- But, if critical, only 1 action "Alarm" is execute. action send email "Hoang Thanh Duy" not execute.
if warming or clear, action is OK ----> Error
- if I config 1 action "Hoang Thanh Duy" for critical, action execute is OK.
--> can i help you config 2 action for alarm
