Endpoint Central Update Issue – Certificate Error

Hello Support Team,

I am trying to update Endpoint Central using the Update Manager, but the process fails every time with the following certificate error:

Signature does not match with any available certificates. Please import valid certificate or contact support.

Actions I have already taken:

  • Downloaded the latest Service Pack/Upgrade Pack from the official website.

  • Tried importing all available PEM certificates, but the error still persists.

  • Used the Import Certificate option in Update Manager, but it did not resolve the issue.

At this point, I am unable to proceed with the update. Could you please advise me on the next steps or provide the correct certificate if required?
