Endpoint Central (on-prem): Active directory description not retrieved nor updated

Greetings,

Active directory computer description is not updating on Endpoint central, but updates correctly on SDP.

Both solutions are running with AD service accounts and sync schedules/configurations are run with accounts with permissions to read from AD.

Sytems are integrated.

Platforms (on-prem):
Endpoint Central (build 11.5.2600.24)
Service Desk Plus (build 15.250)
Agent version: 11.5.2600.23w
