Email link to Request

Hi,

I have taken a brief look at the SD 5 demo and am pleased to see the extra customisation for the request form and email templates.

Can I request the inclusion of a hyperlink in the email templates customisation?

This would enable user/technician to jump to a particular issue/request rather searching thru their requests...
