Edit Thresholds not staying

Edit Thresholds not staying

I am noticing not just this but removing any thing doesn't do nothing it just goes back as if you did nothing. Currently I am getting an alarm on a particular item so I want to edit the threshold to 0 or nothing but it always goes back to the previous data that was in there. I tried to delete the device and readd but it does nothing. Its almost as if the data is not being deleted out of the database. My build is  11100
