E-mail Command
When I send mail with e-mail command appear in the description, for exemple:
@@OPERATION=AddRequest@@
@@CATEGORY=Printer@@
@@SUBCATEGORY=Tray1@@
Is it possible that this text in the description is hidden and can add another? I do not see any label to add text to the description
