Duplicate Request

Hi,

We are testing the new version of the ServiceDesk+ and are with a problem.

When we open a new request, this requeste is duplicate. It follows in attach some logs and one printscreen of the request duplicate.

We need a tool of helpdesk in our company, but with this problem we cannot implant this solution.
