DST Timezone problem

Hi All,

The time that the calls are coming in are incorrect.

There was a change to DST where it was delayed by a week therefore a call that is coming in at 4:30pm is being tagged at 3:30pm.

Where does SD get the time for the call when it picks it up out of the mailbox? And please tell me that there is a quick fix to the problem.
