Domain name question

Hi to all and sorry for my english

I have to manage two domain with equal Netbios name (mydomain.local and mydomain.internal).

How i can use Desktop central on this situaction?

In "Add domain" windows software need only netbios name but when i try to add second domain he say that already exist although he have different AD Domain name.

Can anyone help me?
