Dear Customers,

                We have planned to conduct our yearly Disaster Recovery(DR) Drill for Zoho US Service on 23rd November 2024 and 30th November 2024 to ensure our DR Readiness in US Deployment. This will help us support our expanding server far more efficiently.


Below is the schedule for switch operation



Services will be running in the DR Data Center for one week.

We may expect a downtime of 2-3 minutes during the switchover. If you experience any disruption, please feel free to drop us an email at support-cloud@servicedeskplus.com , and we’ll be quick to help you.
