In ServiceDesk Plus, Global Variables enable administrators to centrally store and manage reusable data such as API tokens, webhooks, email addresses and integration settings making it easy to reference them across notifications, webhooks, automations and custom integrations using $VariableName instead of hard coding the same values repeatedly in different places.
