Device Add problem
Hello,
I have just installed DeviceExpert and working on it, when I add the device, it says "Status not ready" with RED cross sign. Can you please tell me how to resolve this problem? and how do i add a specific device with SNMP string?
when I add device it does not give option to enter SNMP string.
kindly tell me how to add devices in it.
