I have installed the RBM Toolbar and EUM Agent on my computer, but I've problem with record steps.

I chose the  Add/View Webscripts option and click 'New'. Next I see only frame with information  

"Detecting the Toolbar. This will take few seconds.."

How can I start record properly?
