Desktop Central 10 build #10.0.709 SHA256 checksum mismatch.

I've received a notification from Desktop Central server reg. new build #10.0.709 available, with link to Service Pack download page: https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/service-packs.html?dci&dci-cu
Which says:
The SHA256 checksum hash value is 20b86336b5d5767885aa418069635577
However, it is different from the SHA256 hash of the file which I've downloaded with the link from the above page:
I've verified the checksum using article https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/checksum-validation.html
