Deployments will not reboot after deploying

I've been having a problem with deployments for at least the last 3 months, and it's starting to really bug me. Deployments WILL NOT under any circumstances initiate a reboot when complete, this product has become next to useless since I have to closely monitor deployments and then reboot them myself afterwards.
  1. They worked perfectly for a couple of years, then suddenly stopped rebooting.
  2. No changes were made to deployment templates.
  3. All templates have been checked and double-checked.
  4. It doesn't matter if a forced reboot or a deferrable one is specified.
  5. Happens on ALL systems, not just some of them.
  6. There ARE patches requiring reboots in the deployments, however as previously stated, it doesn't matter if the deployment is set to force a reboot no matter what, it still won't.
  7. There are no deployment errors or notes other than it shows "reboot required" in the execution status for patches requiring reboots.
  8. There doesn't seem to be anything useful in the agent logs.
  9. I have tried complete agent removal and reinstallation; it did nothing to help.
  10. Reboots DO work when just a reboot is manually initiated from the PMP console (not part of a deployment).
