deleting a PO

OK, I am the administrator in SD+
I created a PO.
It was approved by another tech that has the role of SDApprovePO.
The PO has been marked as recieved

I now want to delete the PO but I get the following error.

The error message is less than helpful to identify where the trouble lies.

Any help? Support?
