Delete files(config.json/RBMToolbar.msi/start.bat) without risk on Application Monitoring

Hi,
We detected some files on the Home folders of Opmanager Probe and AppManager, OpmanagerCentral.  For the team os Security this had some suspincions  about it, so I want to know if I could deleted it without a risk on the application.
