Defining SLA based on the request type and Priority
Dear all,
We're setting up SLA's and would like to have SDP setting the SLA based on the priority and ticket type, for example:
Incident with Medium priority will trigger SLA: Incident-Medium
Request with low priority will trigger SLA: Request-Low
How can we implement this in a way that we don't need to configure the SLA for every single Form?
