Define fields in reports

Hello,

Just exploring the reporting feature in ServiceDesk and I found out that its pretty limited. What I am trying to do is create a report which contains all my hardware named by hostname and servicetag (Dell systems).
Is there a possibility to create my own report using ServiceDesk or another tooly?
