Daily Report list of computers in OU

How can I receive a daily report with a list of computers in a particular OU?

I would also like to monitor this OU and send an alert every time a computer is placed in a particular OU?

We have policies to seperate virus infected computers into a particular OU to change their security until the virus issue is resolved.. It would be nice to get alerts and daily reports on this OU
