For example, can I:

• Rename the tabs already out there ("Request Details," "Contact Details"), etc.?
• Create new tabs 
• Hide some fields (specifically in the contact section we don't need account, twitter, or mobile)

We're just trying to create a clean template (hide all fields we won't/don't use), and create headers that make more sense internally.
