Custom Schedule emailing technicians with pending requests does not longer work

Hi all,

Since version 10020 the custom schedule referenced here:

https://pitstop.manageengine.com/portal/kb/articles/how-to-email-pending-requests-list-to-each-technician-periodically

does not longer work.

Has anyone found solution to it?
