Custom Report

I know you guys get a lot of these, and sorry for posting on it again, but I need a couple custom reports, and I suck at SQL..

I need:

Time to Resolve - Once a request is opened, how long to enter the resolved state.

And I know Ill be back when I can remember the rest.. :-\
