We are attempting to create a CSR in order to get a 3rd party SSL certificate imported. When attempting to create a CSR following the steps from page https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/help/configuring_desktop_central/importing_ssl_certificates.html#1._Create_CSR_and_Key_Files it does not create the new files "server.csr and private.key". The output is shown in the attachment. Any guidance?
