I'm working on creating an email that is sent in to create a new incident.  I understand the variables and all that.

In the Subject line I'm putting in the @SDP@.

In the message body I'm putting in the additional @@variable=item@@ stuff.

What I want to know is if it is possible to "HIDE" these variables or have them stripped after being sent via email.

Could anyone please comment on this?
