Creating Custom Request View causes Tomcat Error

Since I was directed here from another  thread in SupportCenter Plus, I create the same topic here.

A few days ago one of our technician received a problem when creating custom views. The error message reads  HTTP Status 500.
He can´t create or edit any custom views, we tried deleting all views created by him but that didn't help. Everybody else can create and edit views just fine.

Is there a solution to this problem?
