Creating a new Requst

I was creating a new request in the request form. When I hit the Save/Submit Requst button I received the following error message:

"Please input a value number for the field under Additional Request Details"

I am working off of a eMac/Netscape v.7.2. My sofware is loaded on a Windows 2000 Dell.

Any suggestions as to why I cant input data?
