Create a new WMI monitor doesn't show performance counters.

Hello.

I can't create a new WMI monitor because I can't select the performance counters and the instances. I follow the instructions of the OpManager User Guide (page 64). I do the points 1 to 8 without problems, but when I select the WMI class nothing happens, I can't select the performance counters and doesn't appear the OK button.

I have try it with Firefox and Internet explorer but the situation is the same. I'm using the version 8722 of OpManager, it's the problem?.
