CPU Usage at 100%

I was wondering if anyone else has seen this yet. I just upgraded to Desktop Central 8 and my existing sites work prefect but I setup a new remote site and anytime the agent gets installed, all the computers peg the processor at 100% usage.
Services like DCSWMeter DCCONFIG DCONDemand all eat up processor until it hits 100%.

Has anyone seen this yet?
