Configuring Alerts

Hello,

when ever i get alert from AppManager for any thresholds like clear/warning/critical,

i get the output in mail as below,

$MONITORNAME $ATTRIBUTE $SEVERITYASNUMBER $SEVERITY $HOSTIP $MONITORTYPE $OBJECTNAME $HOSTNAME $PORT $RCAMESSAGE

i wont get the content of the $MONITORNAME etc..

how can i get these values, please help me and advice on this.
